Shipping

Products are shipped by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. If the item is out of stock in UK warehouse, we will ship it from other warehouse. Our shipping cost listed on this website only cover Continental United Kingdom, customers in other countries of Europe, please contact us for postage.

Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next business day you place your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 3 to 7 business days after being shipped out. (Note: business days are Monday through Friday)

As all orders are sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special delivery they will therefore all require a signature. You must be available at your chosen delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday to Friday. Please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for like your place of work or a neighbor.

Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.
